I'm really glad to hear Somniel won't be another Garreg Mach. That was my number one beef with Three Houses.

I had a feeling this would turn out badly when they first revealed actual gameplay footage, but not THIS badly.

I would also love to see a Fire Emblem fighting game. That's one of my biggest, somewhat realistic wishes right now.

Burnout Paradise is available at a reasonable price! Cool stuff.

Did you grab Puyo Puyo Champions, by chance? I know it's been ludicrously cheap before.

That was online-focused. I was hoping for a full-blown new entry with lots of modes, kind of like the Puyo Puyo 15th and 20th Anniversary games. But I'm still glad to see this coming.

I was hoping for a brand new, standalone Puyo game since I find the series a whole lot more fun than Tetris, but I'm happy for this too.  Also, the first game's story mode was pretty funny--don't go dissing it.

I'm glad to hear they're making more amiibo!  I'll order the Banjo-Kazooie amiibo the moment it goes up. :)

I'm glad to see TFH in the mix!  And yeah, Smash had no business being in an online EVO with its netcode.  Good call.

I'm actually excited for more Mr. Driller. I loved the DS one!

I love the frontpage image showing all targets on Link.  It sums all this up well. :)

That's... a load of garbage. C'mon, Nintendo...

The previous games always gave you a reasonable goal with a complete Regional Pokedex.

I'm really disappointed that Experience Share is mandatory. Most games nowadays pride themselves on giving players options, but instead here we see options being removed in sequels. I think it makes Pokemon games WAY too easy. I hope the deluxe versions of Sword and Shield that will probably come out next year give us the ability to turn it off again--or, better yet, give us a hard mode!

If I've never played a Layton game before, is this a good place to start?

Wow, I didn't know about his civil rights work.  He will be missed.

Nintendo's pretty quick to shaft Nintendo Switch Lite users, it seems. Interesting since it's supposed to appeal to a more casual audience, much like the Brain Age games.

That story about Sakurai ruining a date was super interesting. :)

Anyway, even though I'm deep into gaming, I've never been very involved with fighting games, so I didn't know who Terry was when he was announced for Smash. But not everybody is going to be familiar with every character, so that's okay. Shooting down a character just because you're not familiar with them isn't cool.

Did they ever add the ability to re-map the controls?

I guess Game Freak doesn't make enough money from Pokemon to program all the models.

They left out my favorite Sonic game ever. :(

Team Sonic Racing, Crash Team Racing, now this game... As a Kart racing fan, I'm looking forward to this summer! ^_^

I thought Half-Genie Hero was lame, mostly due to its lack of dungeons.  I hope the puzzle and exploration elements of the previous games make it into this one.

Super Mario Bros. 2 is one of the few NES games I'm interested in playing again.  Super Mario Maker couldn't scratch that itch.

It's disappointing to hear of a rhythm game having bad songs.  I'm sticking to Wii Fit U since it has a wider variety of exercises.
