I'd rather not.

The East final is going to be painful for me no matter how Boston/Flyers ends up. At least I can sit wait and root for the last members of my playoff pool (all Blackhawks).

Wow. Weird weird playoffs this year. Not so much in the west since the 1 and 2 seeds are playing each other but even then it never seemed like a sure thing that those teams would be the ones to make it. For those who still have teams they like in these playoffs, congrats. Enjoy their run. But with Boston now eliminated, there are no more teams I root for or even want to see win the Stanley Cup. These are the worst playoffs in 10 years for me. Not because of the product on the ice (though the officiating sometimes...) but because there is no one else I will root for in the final four. I haven't had all my rooting interests knocked out by the end of the second round for a long time. So, I guess I knew it would come at some point but for the first time in a long time, hockey has ended early for me. I am cry. Still, wish the rest of you fans good luck and I'll see you at Draft day and Free Agent Frenzy.

We should all chip in to buy the Bruins' coach some flash cards or something so he can learn how to count to 6.

It was actually the player approaching the bench's fault for indicating that he was going to change (stick lifted up), and then turning around to follow the play.

Flyers goalie Michael Leighton, who the team signed off waivers in December and hadn't played since March until Boucher got hurt in game 5 against Boston, hasn't given up a goal since the first period of game 7, over 8 periods ago.

As I've always said, you don't have to be the best team to succeed in the playoffs; you just have to be good enough to make it in and get hot at the right time. Well, right now the Flyers are about as hot as you can get. Watch your back, Chicago!
