I am currently engaged in the awesomeness that is Metroid Prime 3. Corruption. Why did I wait so long to play thee?
Unfortunately, Retro Studios requires me to exchange Friend Vouchers with people to unlock all bonus content and I am a bloody completionist. Therefore, who would like to replay an excellant game and exchange Friend Codes and all that other jazz with me? Or if you already have Friend Vouchers to help a brother out and make the trade.
I know. It's my fault for not playing the game while it was hot back in the summer months of 2007. But that right there is the reason why this game did not receive a perfect 10 for its score. Years from now, when other people try this game out, they will run into this very problem that I am now facing. What kind of game design is this?
Allow me to wrap this up before I rant any further and just state again: help me look like I have friends by making a trade with me. Thank you and good night.

Its funny.I tried to get vouchers while the game was fairly new.Shyguy made a topic for me about it.Anyway I didn't get much then so I will help you out if you help me out. I PMed my Wii number.

I'll have the same problem someday, but unfortunately not now. I refuse to play it until I finish part 2, which is currently in the "leave unplayed for at least a year for no reason" stage of my backlog.

Great stuff. You are all truly lords of Metroid. (Except for PartyBear.) I have 16 Friend Vouchers and I'm willing to trade them all out going by the 1 for you, 1 for me trade system. I will message you with my Wii Number. I like to keep it locked down and mysterious. Like the Ian Sane Wii code. With my 16 FV's, I will send Maxi 6, Mop_it_up 5, and TJ Spyke 5. If you can not send me back that quantity, let me know and I will adjust it to what you can donate.

Um Khushrenada if this is your first time exchanging vouchers.There is a few things you need to do. First add all our numbers then go into your Wii settings and turn WC24 on and also standby to on. Then go into the MP3 game and click on the extras menu and click on configure WC24.Set it to on. Once our name is Black in the game than you can trade vouchers. Also the people sending and receiving vouchers need to live in the same continent. I tried sending vouchers to Greg but since I am in the states it didn't want to go to him. Stogi the green credit in the game can unlock lots of different content.Music,Concept Art,Various things.

How does this work again? The game says that Wii friends with black names have an MP3 save file, but your name is gray. I guess it takes some time to register. It will still let me send you them though, but I don't know if you'll receive them, so I've sent just one to test it.

Mop_it_up if this is your first time doing this than you should do what I posted for first time users. Also if the name is grey than it might make it to the person you are sending it to. It might get lost forever.When the name is black it is assured that it will make it to the person you intend to send the voucher to.

I'm still waiting for TJ Spyke to send me 4 vouchers in exchange for the 4 I sent him. In the meantime, I beat the game. Interesting. I think Metroid Prime will always be the winner in my book. I think 3 might be the weakest. In the other Prime games, as soon as I finished I was ready to turn around and play it again on the harder difficulty. I'm not even sure if I want to play this game again for awhile. It had its moments but something is definitely off about this game.

Khush, It is showing you having only sent me the first voucher. It says "1 sent, 1 received". Are you sure you sent them to me?

Maybe my Wi-Fi failed me. I know it sometimes kicks in and out. According to my save file, you have 5 sent. I'll double check if the connection is working but maybe I have lost those vouchers because of Wi-Fi problems.

So now that the Trilogy is out and the old friend vouchers aren't compatible, is anyone interested in trading the trilogy version?
I have re-beaten prime 1 and 2 the last couple weeks and am now most of the way through 3 again, and have a decent supply built up.

Even though you showed up as black on the Wii Address Book, you still showed as greyed out in the game. I checked again today and, you're still grey! Not sure what's going on. I sent one to you anyway, to see if it'd work regardless. Let me know if you get it, and then I'll send the rest.

Just checked and I did get the voucher and you are now black in my game as well so we probably just had to make a trade to go from gray to black. I sent you all the vouchers I had anyways and will be replaying the game under hypermode now so any more vouchers I acquire I'll send your way until the service shuts down. I know you thought you'd need to many to get in the next couple weeks but I'll send you them anyways on the offchance you get to use them.
So, 3 more from you is all I will require.

Yes, I did. I happened to turn on my Wii last night to get another hour into the game and when I loaded up my save file, they were there and converted. Just what I needed. Thanks for the assist Mop it up.
However, I did some digging online today because I seemed to be short one Lore credit and wanted to make sure that Hypermode would give me the needed Boss credits I need remaining. I was mistaken in thinking that all the Friend vouchers I acquired in normal mode would be able to be reacquired in Hypermode. It is only the boss credits and any other credits I missed the first time. So, I'm not going to have a bunch to send your way after all unless I create a brand new file. If you did want to try and get the credits you need, I guess you'd have to start asking around.

That's good! Glad I could help. No thanks, I'll just download a completed save file if I ever decide I want to see the extras. I have no interest in playing Hypermode so it isn't a game I'm going to 100%.
