After the carousel of guests joining us last week, we hate to break the news, but you're stuck with just Cassie and Pert. Normally this is where I'd say we have played a ton of games you've never heard us talk about, but in reality it's a lot of what we were playing last week. Casey has been jamming to more Final Fantasy IX, Ape Out, and Trials Rising while Perry does bring some new stuff to the table with Picross S2 and Q.U.B.E. 2.
To counteract a somewhat tame What We've Been Playing, we field some Listener Mail for Terrence, who asks us about Nintendo DLC. Then we get right into the New eShop Roundup followed by the News! Since of course the Direct was a day after we record, we double back on what's now old news of Pokemon Sword and Shield.
We close out the show with a celebration of the Switch on its (or close to its) Two Year Anniversary. Hard to believe it's been that long already with a slew of incredible games, but the boys do a little naval gazing back at the beautiful system.
