LOL, I assume that was a mistake on your part since Nintendo has nothing to do with that game and it's not coming to a Nintendo system.

Well, they did mention the situation on RFN at least.

Game has, predictably, gone into administration (which is effectively bankruptcy) while they try and salvage things. The company will continue trading shares.

Rumour has it Walmart wants to buy the company, as well as the venture capitalists that own Comet.
