Sure. Remind me with a PM in case I'm not on NWR at that time. I'll get a notification in my email.
We can use chat, as you recommended. I've never used the NWR chat client, but I'm guessing it's not that difficult to understanding.

Hm, I'm starting to wonder if you exist or if you're just a forum urban legend!

Sorry, Mop it up.
I'm on a new medication, and it tends to knock me out after I take it.
Still, there's no excuse for standing you up twice now, so I'll understand if you're annoyed!
This weekend would actually work if you're still interested.

Nah, it's fine mate, I know life can interfere. If you were a contractor or something like that, then it would be annoying, but it's just a videogame. ;)

Since we're nearing the holidays then I'm not sure when I might be available this weekend, so I'll report back later with a time suggestion. It'd probably be sometime late in the day, most likely.

I'm still waiting for that stuffed-crust pizza I ordered.

First order I ate it on the way so gave up the trip. It's a long drive to your house.

Second time I think you gave me the wrong address because I ended up in Mexico. I ate your pizza then because that was a long trip.

Recently the weather has held me up in traffic...so I ate your pizza while I sit in traffic.

Now I think you are just prank calling me and I ask why am I still taking orders from a pink, egg spitting dinosaur-like creature who tries to pay me in gold coins and mushrooms. I don't even work at Pizza Hut anymore and I am still making and taking these pizzas!

And worst of all it is causing my waistline to grow with all of these un-deliverable pizzas.

Don't forget the times I mugged you and ate the pizza! I don't know if it was Mop it up's pizza but I did it like 30 times so I figured at least one would be hers.

Yep yep. You always thought it was caused by exhaustion from all the time spent trying to deliver all those pizzas to Mop it up.

This is a major plot twist, so sit down and put your seat belts on.

I own the pizza chain Stratos is employed by. It was me, Austin. It was me all along.

Hm, well I know I can do Saturday at 11 PM EST, that's the "safe" time. What do you say to that? If not, I'll have to give shorter notice when I pick a time.

I saw you playing from my friend's list last night. I popped in the game to see if I could send you a message, but you didn't have Ally Mode turned on. :(

I didn't even know what that was until I looked it up, but at the same time I was progressing through the story anyhow.

I haven't yet. Still waiting to see what's under the tree this year before I make any purchases. How's the multiplayer aspect? Can you connect with friends online and have a reasonable enjoyable time?

Ah, I think someone in the game explains Ally Mode, maybe someone in the guild office. It's an icon on the touch screen that you can tap to turn on. But make sure you add me as an ally within the game!

Do you want to try again on Sunday at 10 PM or so (or later)?

I pretty much play only online, except when I had to play offline to advance the story.

Just got this game. I hate how I have to continue the story to do anything because I just want to kill things, but I like it so far. Want to dig into the multiplayer eventually and get the DLC.

So I got this for Christmas.  Got some other games too but this is the only one I've played yet because it's pretty awesome.  It reminds me of Animal Crossing except that it has more goals and conflict which fits my gaming tastes better.  I like having a little direction.

It does feel like the first game in a series though, in that it has some rough stuff that you figure will be addressed in sequels.  I'm tackling all the jobs at once and it's a real pain to have to return to the guild office to switch jobs.  It would be nice to be able to do that on the fly.  Or alternatively make it so I don't need to do so.  Right now the game will give me a challenges to complete like "kill five slimes in the magic cave" but it states "as a paladin" or "as a hunter" so I have to have the right job.  So if I go through the area and kill five slimes with a different job it doesn't count towards the challenge.  Every area has its enemies split up among the jobs so if I have to revisit the area multiple times to defeat the specific enemies it wants for the job.  If I have the licence for that job shouldn't that count?  Once I have a wizard licence aren't I always a wizard even if I'm spending time as a miner?  Oh I need the wizard's robe on or it doesn't count?

But overall the game is a lot of fun and part of me wonders if my method of play isn't the "right" way to play in the first place and if I just stuck to one job for a long time I wouldn't notice this one mechanic I don't care for.

Hee hee, I figured. Would you like to try again then? Perhaps you should suggest a day this time.

Wow, that's pretty surprising. The nice thing about this game is that you can play at your own pace and do whatever you feel like doing at the time, so I wouldn't say there is a right or wrong way to play. But it probably would be a better idea to focus on one Life for a while instead of switching around a lot. Do you perchance have any interest in the online multiplayer?
