Well any time before then will work but my classes once they start on the 8th go from 9 am till noon so it isn't the entire day so just don't expect me to be active during those hours if I sign up.

I do have one question if I do sign up though... The detective power after the detective dies will the results be passed on to the next detective. Like the results of the searches be given to the next detective?

I'm in as well, still debating whether to play as a drive-thru fast food reviewer, one of those unboxing people, or an instagram lifestyle guru.

might be expanding the deadline so we get more peps.
Probably a good idea. I was going to suggest that also. Unfortunately, end of December into the middle of January has usually always seen a downturn in activity. With holidays occurring and then people getting back into routines or starting new ones, people just don't check into much and if they do then there isn't much activity happening here so they check out again pretty fast. It's a vicious cycle. Add to the fact that there often isn't much news-wise or major game release-wise during this time period and it all contributes to a perfect storm of inactivity. You may want to give it one more week or two and hopefully that will give more people the chance to realize this is happening.
Of course, sometimes there is just low turnout for a game and nothing much you can do about it. So, be prepared for that and don't take it personally. I've had low turnout games myself.

Really the main thing stopping me from signing up is you have to play as a bad YTer and I don't follow many bad YTers. I mean I could rp as a alt-right dirtbag of some sort since I really dispise them but that would bring politics into the forum and I don't think that is allowed still.

Since when have Mafia players taken the role playing that seriously or followed it to the letter? Players have been ignoring or twisting the role play aspect to whatever they want to do.
Pretend you are a YouTuber yourself and role play as BeautifulShy Bakes in which you have a crappy instructional cooking channel on YouTube with terrible recipes or instructions and advice. You could be like the Swedish Chef from the Muppets now broadcasting from home.
Don't get hung up on real people. YouTube is like the modern version of terrible public access TV on cable. Imagine any of those as a possible springboard for role play ideas and don't worry about mimicking a real life person just the public perception of what bad YouTube means to you.
