Title: 3DS System Transfer

So I transferred my data from my old 3DS to my new XL. Before that I copied my SD card data to my PC.
After I redownloaded the Pokedex 3D and NSMB2 I notice my progress is all gone. What did I do wrong?

You should have copied the data after you did the transfer? It's possible the save files are still linked to the old system if you did it before the system transfer.
