The best Nintendo site on the web just got better.

With E3 2010 out of the way, we figured it was time to move on to bigger and better things. What better way to do that than give the site a whole new look? But it's more than just a fresh coat of paint; we've got new features galore, and we plan on rolling out more cool functionality in the weeks and months to come. The NWR crew has put a ton of thought and work into this transformation, and we all need to give the driving forces behind the project a big round of applause:

PlayStation MoveThe Sony Move feels very much like a Nintendo Wii Remote, although I found its rounder, more microphone-like shape to be a tad uncomfortable since I'm used to Nintendo's offering. The device is built very sturdily, but to me it felt a tad heavier than a Wii Remote + Wii MotionPlus. This could have just been the difference in weight distribution: the Move rested more on my fingertips than a Wii Remote + Wii Motion Plus, since the Wii MotionPlus makes Nintendo's comparable controller bottom-heavy and is largely supported by my palm.

8:41:58: Heeeeeere's Jonny! The Nintendo press conference is supposed to begin in less than 20 minutes, although no one expects it to start exactly on time. I just updated the RFN podcast feeds and fixed the AAC version, so listen to that while you wait!

The Director gives us his random musings on the non-first day of the show.

So I'm checking my email on Monday morning, waiting for anything important to come across the wire in terms of our L.A. team getting into the EA, Ubisoft, or Activision events that day. Karlie sends me a random missive with the subject, "No time to crop, and no words reqired". I notice that there's an image attached, so I download it and behold...
